![]() Please help!!! Maybe someone can recommend a PCIe controller that will definitely be compatible? The ones I have seen on forums are unavailable as the threads were old. I have tried the Kinect on another computer and it is working. For this situation, you can try reinstalling a new Xbox 360 controller driver. ![]() Intel i7 Quad Core 2.8Ghz (3.46Ghz Turbo), 4x Cores, 8x Threads, 8MB Smart-cache, i7-860ġ6Gb Dual channel memory, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4Gb DDR5, DVI-D, DisplayPort & HDMI Graphics card, Windows 10 Pro 64 Corrupt controller driver is also responsible for Xbox 360 controller not working Windows 10. Is this correct or is it possibly a driver When I bought the machine it didn't have a USB 3 port (?!) so I added a self-powered 2A USB 3.0 PCIe controller, but I understand that Kinect is fussy about the controllers it can use. Additionally this PPA will cleanup broken config, mark xpad as conflict (stop it if necessary), start the xboxdrv daemon and create a 'Joysticks' entry into System Settings. I ran the "Kinect Verification Identifier" app and it says "No supported I created an PPA to install and create a proper daemon for xboxdrv in 14.04 and above. It doesn't make a sound when I plug it in and is not showing in Device Manager. I have a desktop PC running Windows 10 pro 64 but it is not seeing the Kinect camera. ![]() I'm completely stumped and need to get the Kinect working for my Masters studies ASAP.
